St. Paul Parish School has an opening for a general elementary classroom teacher for the 2021-2022 academic year. Applicants must hold a valid Indiana Teaching License or be eligible for licensing. The ideal candidate must be a practicing Christian and set a strong example in and out of the classroom, following all of the expectations listed in the Diocese handbook for teachers. The applicant will know how to manage and organize a classroom, teaching to the Indiana standards while cultivating the love of Christ. On April 13, St. Paul Catholic School was awarded a grant from Prevent Child Abuse Grant County. This grant will expand our school-year snack program made possible by a Catholic Ministries grant through the Diocese of Lafayette-in-Indiana to now offer Snack Sacks to our school children during summer break. For the first time in many years, St. Paul Preschool is offering summer camps for children 3 to 5 years of age! The FREE camps will be held June 14 and 15 and July 19 and 20, from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM each day. Both camps are open to all children who are three by the camp date through those entering kindergarten in the fall. You do not have to attend St. Paul Preschool to participate. Camp will be led by preschool teachers Patti Losure and Nora Reynolds.
