The Knights of Columbus have been asked to hand out flyers during the 1812 Reenactment on Friday, October 1 through Sunday, October 3. They will be receive $750 for this event, and all proceeds will be for St. Paul. We are actively seeking volunteers for helping each day from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Each volunteer will receive a free t-shirt. Time slots will be for a 3 hour period. If you are able to help assist, please contact Joe Weimer at jweimer@wileymetal.com to sign up for a slot.

The Knights Need You/ ¡Los caballeros te necesitan!

Jesus says in the Beatitudes, “Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.” This is the goal of our new parish ministry. The St. Paul Grief Support Ministry seeks to comfort those who have lost a loved one and is open to everyone no matter their stage of grief. The ministry will meet on the second Tuesday of each month in the Narthex of the church starting at 5:30 PM. The first gathering will be Tuesday, September 14. For more information you may call the parish office or contact Liz Day.

Si bien puede que solo sea agosto, estamos anticipando las actividades que se llevarán a cabo este otoño. Una de ellas es la misa al aire libre seguida de Tuco o Trato (Trunk or Treat) programada para el viernes 29 de octubre. Se está formando un comité para coordinar estas actividades. Todas las  personas interesadas están invitadas a asistir a una reunión de organización el martes 31 de agosto a las 6:00 p.m. en la cafetería de la escuela. Si está interesado pero no puede asistir a la reunión, llame a la Oficina Parroquial (765-664-6345) para ser voluntario.

While it may only be August, we are looking ahead to activities happening this fall. One of those is Outdoor Mass followed by Trunk or Treat set for Friday, October 29. A committee is being formed to coordinate the activities. Anyone interested is invited to attend an organizational meeting Tuesday, August 31 at 6:00 PM in the school cafeteria. If you are interested but unable to attend the meeting, please call the Parish Office (765-664-6345) to volunteer.
