How to Make a ReportIf you or someone you know has been a victim of child sexual abuse in the past or present day by clergy (priest or deacon) you are requested to report the incident in the following manner:
- Make a report to Child Protective Services by calling 800-800-5556 or local law enforcement.
- Call Jackie Montrie M.A., LMFT, LMHC Victim Assistance Coordinator of the Diocese of Lafayette-in-Indiana at (765) 464-4988.
- Thereafter, an investigation will be undertaken by or on behalf of the Diocese of Lafayette-in-Indiana.
If you or someone you know has been a victim of child sexual abuse in the past or present day by someone working in a parish or school for the Roman Catholic Church in the Diocese of Lafayette-in-Indiana (such as religious sister or brother, lay employee, lay volunteer, etc.) you are requested to report the incident in the following manner:
- Make a report to Child Protective Services by calling 800-800-5556 or local law enforcement
- Call our Ethics Hotline 855-375-6796, or go to dioceseoflafayetteinindiana.ethicspoint.com. OR
- Call Jeanne Lausten, Director of Human Resources at 765-269-4604.

At Saint Paul, we are committed to handing on the faith by providing a Christ-centered Catholic education that prepares students academically and spiritually for life’s challenges. We nurture a community of servant leadership and Gospel witness, guiding students to know the Truth, desire the Good, and love the Beautiful. On Thursday, August 7, Saint Paul Catholic School will embark on another academic year, educating more than 200 students from our community. This year, we are placing special emphasis on servant leadership and spreading the Gospel witness through these three transcendentals: The Good, The True, and The Beautiful.
Students will be encouraged to pursue goodness by seeking God and recognizing His presence in others, developing hearts of compassion, respect, and service. Through both faith and reason, they will come to understand that they are created to know and love God and that in doing so, they fulfill their purpose and discover true happiness. Finally, they will be guided to seek beauty in every moment, understanding that all things are beautiful because they are made by God. As we begin this new school year, we invite you to join us in prayer and support for our students, families, and faculty. Together, let us continue to build a vibrant, faith-filled community where our children grow not only in knowledge, but in wisdom, virtue, and love for Christ.
We especially invite you to celebrate the start of the school year with us at our first All-School Mass on Thursday, August 7th at 8:30 AM, where we will ask for God’s blessings on our students and staff. Your presence, prayers, and continued support make a lasting difference in the lives of our children.
